' Customer Support Specialist '
Job Title:  Customer Support Specialist
Total Hours Per Week:  32.5hours per week. 
Hours of Work: 
8:00am to 3:00pm PHT during the months of April -September & 7:00am to 2:00pm during the months of October - March, Monday to Friday.

Remuneration: US $550 per month (paid bi-monthly). 

Term of Employment:   Long term position. After successful 3month probationary period, employment for 12months with option to renew each year.

Unfortunately the Philippines is known for its traffic. Stay off the roads by working from home whilst enjoying secure long term employment. All you need is a fast internet connection (at least 5Mbps download and 7Mbps upload) and a good computer. 
This is a non-sales position. You'll be handling inbound calls for customer service. Any sales calls are passed over to our Australian based sales team.

You aren't committed to be with us for at least two years...  this is the first Filipino job opening for three years. 

You dont have 5-10yrs call centre experience... ideally in an Australian Call Centre, but otherwise 5-10yrs in a US or UK call centre is fine.

You dont have excellent written and spoken English...  

You don't want to further your professional development... we invest regularly in your ongoing professional development.

So what are the main things I will be doing?
• Answering inbound calls from Australia using a supplied VOIP telephone. That will require you to have fast internet and a quiet home office.

•Be the principal co-ordinator of where to forward daily letters received from local government on behalf of our clients.  When a letter is received it needs to be archived and the relevant team member notified. 

• Create letters for clients based on our template notifying them that their development application with local government has been lodged.
