Colin Fragar is an award-winning entrepreneur, property educator, best-selling author and co-founder of Council Approval Group.After purchasing his first investment property at just 19 years old, Colin developed a passion for helping everyday Australians understand the world of property development and council approval.
What started as a family-operated consultancy has grown into one of Australia’s most recognised council approval and town planning businesses.
Working alongside his father Max Fragar, one of Australia’s most experienced town planners and former Director of Planning at Blue Mountains City Council, Colin helped expand the business into a nationwide education and approvals company helping thousands of Australians navigate complex planning rules with greater confidence and clarity.
