Council Approval for Small Properties

One of the misconceptions of getting council approval is that you need a huge property to be able to do anything.
…this investor is probably going to make around $400,000+ on this deal.
And that is certainly not the case. I am literally standing on a property right now that’s being built. It’s a dual occupancy and it’s being subdivided and it’s not actually that big.

If you look out here now, this is like the biggest dirt mound you’ve ever seen. And there’s certainly a mess happening at the moment, but there is an existing house right here, which is probably just an average house.

But when you start to add in this beautiful dual occupancy and all that’s happening here. I think this investor is probably going to make around $400,000+ on this deal.

So very excited about what they’re achieving through Council Approval.
