Council Approval Group has an in-house, highly professional architecture and drafting team led by award-winning architect Giuseppe Calabrese (Nominated Architect NSW Registration # 8079, QLD 6233, Design Practitioner #DEP0003894)). Giuseppe is a Registered Design Practitioner – Architect, which means he can design any class of building from residential to commercial.
Having your designers and town planners working side-by-side, within the same firm, means that the designs we create for you are of the highest quality but more importantly, are plans that are council approvable from the start! Having an in-house design and town planning team means that you benefit from a special synergy with less friction, fewer delays and a maximised project yield.
Giuseppe is an Italian born Australian Architect. As well as being an internationally acclaimed and award-winning designer, Giuseppe’s portfolio conveys in depth knowledge and a high industry standard. In all of his work Giuseppe aims to provide sustainable and lasting built environments with the legacy of quality design. His work bridges the gap between picturesque and practical and works with clients to create the best design outcome for their needs. Giuseppe is also an experienced violinist and teaches students to have a passion for music in his spare time.
Note for Victorian Based Clients: Our head architect, Giuseppe is a registered architect in NSW and Italy. Although Giuseppe would qualify for registration in Victoria, due to a peculiar and unique licensing fine print that Victorian architects also be a director of the company they work for, we refer to ourselves as ‘designers’ in Victoria rather than ‘architects’ to ensure full compliance. We bring the same award-winning skill-set and experience no matter where your project is.
