The Council Approval Group, and Tania van Dyk in particular were fantastic in helping us to get our renovation respectively approved by our local Council. We had renovated our property 20 years ago but had not sought the appropriate approval from our local Council. We approached the Council Approval Group, who immediately understood what needed to be done.
