During the application process, more often than not, council will ask for a ‘Request for Further Information’ (RFI). At first, this might appear as if council are trying to delay your application, however it only means that council officers require such information so that when all the evidence is presented at the time of determination, it can be proven that the approval was a valid decision.
Our years of planning experience help us to act quickly with the right and necessary responses to council. We aim to prevent any unnecessary delay caused by council’s RFI’s by acting quickly to progress and accelerate an application.
