About the Role
Use your building coordination skills to navigate the Construction Certificate process for our clients who have already received DA approval. This role has a strong focus on supporting clients on their path from construction to project completion, whilst creating positive outcomes at every stage of the process.
Plus, you’ll enjoy all the positive benefits of a permanent work-from-home role!
Duties
• Handling all Construction Certificates and Subdivision Certificates to help clients get on the ground results for their DA Approvals
• Coordinating with external agencies and preparing all relevant planning documentation for submission
• Act as the #1 contact for clients in navigating the complex certification process
• Undertake any other duties as directed by management to assist the post DA approval process
The successful applicant:
- Will be a highly motivate team player, who loves solving problems and achieving success!
- Will be a confident communicator with an in-depth knowledge of the CC process
- Must demonstrate excellent time management, with a willingness to go the extra mile to assist our clients
- Will have the ability to hit the ground running from the start of 2023
- Does not need to be a qualified building professional although it will help with your application
