Car parking – You have fantastic ideas for a church building, but how will your members get to you? Will they need to drive? If so, will you have adequate parking? Will you be seen to be placing extra burden on existing infrastructure? How do you know what is adequate? How do you get around the town planning rules?

Location – If this is a new location, is it appropriate for a church (a place of public worship)? Is the location in a zone approved for church? Is the scale proposed compatible with the character of the area?
3.
Taffic generation – How much traffic will the premises generate? Will there be daily regular traffic throughout the day or just an increased traffic burden a few days a week?
4.
Will your proposed church building impact on nearby residents in terms of noise, privacy, specific service hours. Will any portions of the church be used for other purposes- community, business, or otherwise.
