Maximise Your Dual Occupancy Rental Return
Today, I’d like to maybe pivot your thinking a little bit. So obviously you’re searching for one that’s already completed that you’d like to purchase. And you’re probably looking at your rental return. You’re probably looking at around 5% to 10% rental return for a dual occupancy investment that’s completed.
What we do is we help individuals like yourself to maximise their rental return by being the developer themselves.
However, the challenge with that is that you’re largely buying for a rental return that’s already been maximized.
