What is a Strategic Planning? Definition or Meaning

‘Strategic Planning’ definition: The driver of a Local Government Area’s ambitions and aspirations for social, economic, industrial, development, and environmental planning in an area. It does not have legal power; however, it does inform and can often form the backbone of Council’s legally binding planning instruments.
