What could dual occupancy housing mean for you and your family? My name is Colin Fragar and welcome to this discussion from Council Approval Group.

I really wanted to be personal and to reach out to you, wherever you’re watching this video, to let you know that I’ve done over 10 of these myself and the significant impact that it’s added to my wife and I and our family has been massive.

Benefits of Dual Occupancy Housing

A dual occupancy literally adds hundreds of thousands of dollars to your net worth but it’s more important than that.
It’s the extra rental income. And it’s reduced financial pressure. It’s the freedom to be able to take more holidays and to be able to spend more time with family and loved ones. A dual occupancy, though, is not the easiest approval type to get through Council and it really does require the services of a savvy town planner.
I would highly recommend, if you haven’t already, to grab your copy of Your Ultimate Guide in Achieving Council Approval, where you can find a whole bunch of tips and tricks on council approval. \
