Subdivision Resources

I’d like to talk to you a little bit. But first of all, I’d like to just show you this book here. This is Secrets of Property Millionaires Exposed. And in this book, which I helped to co author, there’s a whole bunch of tips and tricks on property investment strategies of which you’re, of course, looking at in terms of subdivision.

And if you really want a resource which will be helpful to you in the context of getting council approval, I highly recommend you go to councilapproval.com.au. You grab your free guide here and we’ll go through some tips and tricks in getting council approval.

What Do the Savvy Investors Do

So how does council approval work for savvy investors? Really, it’s an opportunity for you to make literally hundreds of thousands of dollars, but it’s not that easy.

It does require a dedicated professional to be able to pull it off, particularly if we’re talking about what we call infill development sites where there’s an existing house or it’s a house that you’re going to demolish and then subdivide. So the smaller ones particularly need a lot of manpower and go beyond a surveyor.

So a surveyor will probably tell you what the rules can do. A town planner will tell you the flexibility and possibilities within those rules and be able to find the loopholes and departures for you.

What I do is I recommend to people like yourself is to jump onto our website and book in an appointment to speak to one of our consultants. They’ll be able to work out a clear roadmap for you, hear more about your plan for subdivision, and we’ll be able to then go through what we call a Preliminary Planning Assessment. And as part of that, we really help to unpack the subdivision process for people and to understand what their chances are of success.
