So how do you streamline your subdivision approval?

My name is Colin Fragar from Council Approval Group.

Having done literally thousands of these for our clients, there’s a few tricks, I guess you could say, that we’ve learned along the way on how to really get a subdivision application through and how to make sure you get it approved.
So your subdivision approval is obviously worth a lot, and the stakes are high in property.

3 Steps to Streamline Your Subdivision Application

So what I would recommend to you is our three step process.

Step one is to go to our website, and to grab your free consultation. If you do have a site in mind if you have one already, or you’re about to purchase one and you are serious about taking action that’s the first step. What we do there is really unpack the approval process for you. We help you to better understand what we can do to assist and we usually recommend step two.

Step two is what we call a Preliminary Planning Assessment. Step two, involves us going in deep into all the different rules and regulations you need to comply with for your subdivision application so you can get your subdivision approval.

And then finally step three is, if you want to, we can then handle the development application for you and put it together.
