Traffic Generation – How much traffic will the premises generate? Will there be daily regular traffic throughout the day or just an increased traffic burden a few days a week?

Noise Generation – Will your proposed place of public worship impact on nearby residents in terms of noise, privacy, specific service hours. Will any portions of the church be used for other purposes – community, business, or otherwise. We will need to be ready to handle neighbour objections to the proposal.
