What is a Notice From Council
Receiving a Notice from Council or a ‘Notice of intention to issue an order’ under section s.76A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 can be one of the scariest letters you can receive as a property owner. With penalties for a breach of the Act of over $1.1m for illegal building work, it can lead to a stressful time.
