Car parking – You have fantastic ideas for your nursery, but how will your customers get to you? Will they need to drive? If so, will you have adequate parking? Will you be seen to be placing extra burden on existing infrastructure? How do you know what is adequate?

Outdoor storage – Will you have equipment or supplies stored outside? If so, do you have adequate screening proposed? Outdoor storage can be safety concern and be visually unattractive for the community.
3.
Environmental impacts – Stormwater management and erosion and sediment control, as well as details about irrigation, chemical use and storage, and waste management will be reviewed by Council. Concurrence from other state government agencies may be needed.
4.
Business plan – Were you thinking of having a retail component to your nursery or will it be a wholesale operation? This is something you will need elaborate upon in the application and show the areas dedicated to retail on the plans.
