New Buildings – Will your office be in a newly constructed building? Is the location in a land use zone that allows for an office? Do you have adequate space for parking and manoeuvring? Have you considered stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and landscaping?

Building changes – Do you need to make changes to an existing building? Are you changing the floor plan or expanding? This may require extra approvals. Are you expanding an existing office or changing the layout? Do these changes require a development consent?
