What types of vehicles do you anticipate? Will there be adequate space for the anticipated vehicle types to maneuver? Will they be able to enter and exit the site in a forward direction?

Security – What plans do you have to keep the facility secure? What are the hours of operation? What hours will the facility be staffed? Will outdoor lighting and fencing be used? What type of landscaping is proposed? Do the proposed security measures have a negative impact on the local amenity? Is the site near a residential area where outdoor lighting may be undesirable?
