Environmental impacts – How will you handle stormwater management and potential soil and groundwater contamination? Do you have plans for the safe storage of fuel and emergency plans in the event of a spill?

Noise Impact – Council will look carefully at how noise generated from your proposal is planned to be mitigated.

Traffic Effect The safety of road uses will be important. Depending on it’s location the proposal will likely be referred to other government bodies before approval can be issued. A town planner that is familiar with this process by your side will be important.
