First Step for a Subdivision Application

The very first step is, I would actually recommend you do what they call a Preliminary Planning Assessment, which we do if you booked in for an appointment. We can do one for you. What that does is go through all of the rules that you need to comply with.

Key Information to Include in a Subdivision Application

So if you are preparing a development application for a subdivision, you obviously need to include a site plan. You need to make sure you’ve gone through not only the local rules, but also the state based rules. In our team we have over 10 plus ex-council staff. They are people who used to work council that now work with us. So they really know what Council staff are looking for.
