Today a secondary dwelling is exactly the same as a granny flat.
If you are considering a granny flat or a secondary dwelling, it’s really important that you get more versed upon it, that you get clued up, and understand a little bit more. So I’d like to offer this really special magazine which we put together. I love and I know you’ll love it too. It’s Ultimate Guide to Council Approval.
