I’d like to congratulate you if you’re thinking of being an owner builder. I just wanted to say it’s absolutely possible. It’s absolutely possible not only to be an owner and builder, but to be able to do a dual occupancy.

Dual Occupancy TipsSo a dual occupancy is my favorite investment strategy. If you are thinking about doing this, you’re obviously looking at not going with a project builder. You’re looking at being able to do it yourself. And what you really need to do is partner with a town planning and architecture firm like Council Approval Group.
