So here’s what you need to know about a dual occupancy on one title. My name is Colin Fragar from Council Approval Group.

A dual occupancy by definition is actually on one title. So that is not commonly known.
Often we think of dual occupancy as having a common wall in the middle and it’s separated into two titles. However, more often than not dual occupancy is on one title.
