Hi, Colin Fragar here, and today, I’m answering the third reason why I believe now is the best time to get council approval.

If you haven’t watched the previous videos, please go back and watch them. There were two other points that I made.

My name is Colin Fragar from Council Approval Group.

A lot of our clients have been asking — well during this corona recovery — “What are we doing? Are we going to be able to handle all of this? What do we do? Do we just backpedal for a while, sit on the couch, watch Netflix, and let our financial futures disappear?”

Or, are we proactive? Do we jump in there and act rather than react and create the economy that we want in our own lives?

So the first two reasons that I gave of why now is the best time to seek council approval was to beat the crowd… be ahead of the massive influx of council applications which are going to come at the end of all of this Corona recovery.

The second reason is that there are some specific State Government initiatives that are putting pressure on council staff to accelerate the approval process. And that’s only in your favor, and it won’t last forever. It’s only a temporary initiative.

The third reason… and this is what the purpose of this video is that we, as a team of 10+ council approval professionals, have actually geared up rather than geared down for this time. We’ve made sure we’ve got council staff that used to work for council and who now works for us. We’ve got plenty of resources to be able to handle your application because we didn’t want to leave our clients out to dry.

Now, myself as a business owner could have done one or two things. I could have said, “Okay, me too. I’m going to take a holiday. I’m just going to wait till this blows over.”

No, I felt a moral responsibility. I felt an obligation to society and to help our own clients to move forward because I know what a council approval means to them. I know that it can mean the difference between a secure financial future and an insecure one. I want to make sure that we move you away from the fear and into the dream that you had hoped for. And that’s really our purpose. And our motto is to make dreams come true through real estate.
